Most Alpina wheels come with a large centre cap that covers the stud holes, and they can now only be ordered through BMW main dealers.
A replica of the Alpina Classic has been on the market for 15 years, and is made by a company called BK Racing. The centre caps were prone to falling out but thankfully they do replacement centre caps.
